Scope of Services
BaustoffControl provides functions for order coordination, material quantity planning, delivery tracking, and digital quality documentation. The software supports construction companies in project management but does not replace statutory inspection obligations or the building supervisory responsibility of the client.
User Obligations
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered, the maintenance of master data, and the approval of material requests. Access credentials must be treated as confidential. Changes to site or delivery data must be documented promptly so that all project stakeholders work from the same up-to-date information.
Availability and Liability
We strive to ensure high availability of the platform but assume no liability for outages caused by maintenance work, internet connection disruptions, or force majeure. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Quality Inspections and Documentation
Digital recording of quality inspections serves transparency and traceability. The generated reports do not replace legally required acceptance procedures. Qualified on-site personnel remain responsible for the professional assessment of inspection results.
Termination of Use
You may terminate use at any time by providing written notice of cancellation of your access. We reserve the right to suspend access in the event of violations of these terms or unauthorized use of the platform. Upon termination, you will receive your data in a common format for further use.
